Warranty:
We offer a 12-Month full warranty, covering both parts and labour for the entire duration. This warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects, including electrical faults, structural issues, and mechanical defects.

Reporting Defects & Warranty Process:While we are confident you won’t experience any issues with your chair (which is why we offer such a comprehensive warranty), we have ensured that if you do encounter a problem, it can be resolved quickly and easily.
Simply contact us to report the issue. We may request images or videos to better understand the problem. Once the defect is confirmed, we will promptly send you a brand-new replacement part.
After receiving the replacement part, one of our engineers will visit to carry out any necessary repairs. If the issue cannot be resolved and continues to affect the chair’s performance, we will replace the chair with a brand-new unit.
