Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of all massage chairs, accessories, and clearance products sold by Next Gen Chairs. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions
Customer: A person or entity purchasing goods from Next Gen Chairs.
Residential Use: Use of goods within a private domestic setting.
Commercial Use: Use of goods in public or commercial settings, including but not limited to airports, rest stops, spas, or workplaces.
Clearance Item: A product sold at a discounted rate due to being ex-display, discontinued, or returned.

3. Products Covered
These Terms apply to:
Residential and commercial full-body massage chairs
Accessories
Clearance items (including all sofas and ex-display units)

4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may be limited depending on production status.
Clearance items are sold as seen and may not be eligible for standard return or
cancellation terms unless faulty.

5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. All payment must be made in full through our website prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery
Standard delivery is to Mainland UK addresses only. We also offer international shipping on most products. For deliveries to the UK Highlands or overseas, please enquire before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
In-stock massage chairs: Delivered within 2 weeks
Accessories: Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days
Made-to-order massage chairs and accessories: Delivered within 4 to 6 weeks

All large-item deliveries are handled by a professional two-person team, with delivery to your doorstep as standard; or room of choice where applicable.
Delivery times vary by product and will be confirmed at the point of sale. All delivery dates are estimates. While we aim to meet these, delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain or freight issues) do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation. In such cases, standard cancellation fees will apply.

7. Warranty
Residential Massage Chairs
All massage chairs for residential use come with a 3-year comprehensive warranty covering structural, mechanical, technical, and material defects. Repair or replacement
will be offered where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Commercial Massage Chairs
All commercial-use massage chairs are covered by a 3-year warranty, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the point of sale.
Accessories
Accessories sold separately or with a chair are covered by a 12-month warranty against
manufacturing defects.
Clearance Products
All clearance products, including sofas and ex-display chairs, are sold with a 12-month limited warranty. These items are sold "as is" and may include cosmetic imperfections disclosed at the time of purchase.

8. Exclusions from Warranty
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Damage caused by use outside of intended residential or commercial environments

Transit damage not reported within 48 hours

9. Post-Warranty Support & Discontinued Products
We are committed to supporting the long-term use of our products. For items that are outside of the warranty period or have been discontinued, we may still be able to provide spare parts and repair services, subject to availability.
All repairs carried out beyond the warranty period will incur charges for both parts and labour. Please contact us to enquire about availability and obtain a service quotation.

10. Returns & Cancellations
Below is our returns and cancellations policy for all orders;
Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer
Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible:
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

Return Fees for Non-Faulty Items:
In stock chairs: £150 return and £50 restocking fee
Accessories: Free returns within 14 days
Made to order items: 30% cancellation fee
Note: Return and processing fees are waived if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Used or assembled products
Clearance or ex-display items (unless faulty)
Returns requested after 14 days

11. Refunds
Once returned goods have been received and passed inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

12. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a repair or replacement.
If a fault occurs due to transit damage, or during the warranty period, we reserve the right to attempt a repair first. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transportation issues.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
