Return Procedure

To return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly:

1. Notify Us in Writing

Email our customer service team at [your email] within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Please include:

2. Wait for Return Confirmation

We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions, including collection arrangements if applicable.

3. Prepare the Item for Return

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

4. Return Collection or Shipping

For large items (e.g. Massage chairs), we will arrange a courier collection. A £150 collection and restocking fee of £50 applies for non-faulty items.

For accessories, we may provide a prepaid return label (for free returns) for defective items. For non defective items we may need to charge a fee for arranging the return.

5. Inspection & Refund

Once received and inspected, we will confirm the item meets our return criteria. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.
